VivaMama Community Guidelines
Last updated: 10 Aug 2026
Viva Club is a space for mothers to support each other through pregnancy and the months after birth. These guidelines apply to every post, comment, and photograph shared in the App. By posting, you agree to follow them.
The Four Rules
- Be kind. No bullying, harassment or hate.
- No sexual, graphic or advertising content.
- Share your experience, not medical advice. Always point people to a healthcare professional.
- Respect privacy - do not share anyone else's personal or health details.
What Is Not Allowed
Content in any of these categories will be removed:
- Bullying or harassment - targeting, mocking, or pressuring another member.
- Hate speech - attacks based on religion, caste, ethnicity, disability, gender, or sexuality.
- Sexual or explicit content - including graphic imagery.
- Harmful or false health information - particularly about medication, infant feeding, or newborn care.
- Self-harm or suicide - content encouraging or instructing self-harm.
- Spam or advertising - promotion, referral links, or repeated posting.
Reporting a Post or Comment
Open the menu on any post or comment and choose Report. Pick a reason and add detail if you wish. Reports are confidential - the member is never told who reported them.
What Happens After You Report
- Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.
- Content reported by three or more different members is hidden automatically while it is reviewed.
- After review we may leave the content in place, remove it, or suspend the account that posted it.
- We aim to review every report within 2 working days.
Blocking a Member
You can block any member from the same menu. You will not see their posts or comments, and they will not see yours. You can undo this at any time.
